The successful candidate will join a high-performing customs brokerage team and gain hybrid flexibility after the initial on-site training period. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and transmit import entries in ACE and ABI for all transport modes. Accurately classify goods under HTSUS and ensure valuation and duty assessment compliance. Coordinate with importers, carriers, and CBP to resolve holds, exams, and documentation issues. Process PGA filings (FDA, USDA, EPA, Fish & Wildlife) and maintain complete entry documentation. Ensure all procedures comply with 19 CFR, CBP regulations, and internal SOPs. Collaborate with operations and account management to ensure timely clearance and billing accuracy. Support post-entry amendments, audits, and compliance improvement initiatives. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of U.S. import customs experience within a licensed freight forwarder or customs broker. Strong knowledge of HTS classification, PGA requirements, and customs entry processes. Experience using CargoWise, Descartes, or similar customs systems. High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and consistent compliance record. Stable work history within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
