About Allocate
Allocate is the intelligent operating system for private market investing. We equip wealth advisory firms and institutional family offices with modern infrastructure to seamlessly source, build, and manage high-quality private portfolios - delivering efficiency, insight, and scale for their clients and themselves.
Our platform addresses the fragmentation and complexity of private markets by offering a modular, end-to-end solution - one built for the next generation of investors, not the last. By combining deep industry knowledge with purpose-built technology, we’re creating a more streamlined, transparent, and accessible private investing experience.
About the Role We’re hiring a Marketing Automation & Systems Lead to architect and scale the martech systems that power Allocate’s go-to-market engine. This mid- to senior-level role is ideal for a hands‑on builder ready to own and evolve a modern marketing stack that fuels growth, tightens sales alignment, and improves performance visibility.
This isn’t just a systems management role—it’s a chance to shape how Allocate measures success and drives revenue. You’ll work across marketing, sales, product, design, engineering, and leadership to ensure the infrastructure supports strategic goals and scales efficiently.
Backed by a clear vision and collaborative team, you’ll have the autonomy and support to build what’s needed—and the responsibility to make it better over time.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing fintech platform at an inflection point. If you’re excited to build the systems that power the next generation of private market investing, we’d love to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing You’ll lead core initiatives across our marketing and revenue stack to improve execution, alignment, and insight. Responsibilities include:
Managing and optimizing Allocate's marketing systems - including HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, Brevo, and Google Analytics - for campaign execution, data flow, and full-funnel visibility
Evolving lifestyle marketing infrastructure: workflows, segmentation, lead routing, attribution, and reporting
Partnering with cross‑functional teams to align systems with strategic business goals
Supporting website and campaign operations through enhancements, tagging, and analytic configuration
Ensuring system hygiene, documentation, and compliance with privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN‑SPAM)
Leading special projects: platform evaluations, data migrations, new tool implementations, and process improvements
Qualifications
4–6+ years of hands‑on experience managing and integrating marketing technology platforms in high‑growth, SaaS or fintech context
Strong technical fluency across martech systems and data integrations into a unified revenue system
Proven ability to scale martech in a high‑growth SaaS or fintech context
Ability to independently optimize workflows and documentation while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders
Proficiency in HTML/CSS basics, UTM tagging, and digital tracking best practices
Project management skills and clear communication in fast‑paced, iterative settings
A mindset rooted in problem solving and a commitment to excellent internal service preferred (but not required)
Deep working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, and Google Analytics
Experience scaling martech in a B2B or fintech environment
Familiarity with Brevo or similar email platforms
Interest in helping shape broader marketing operations strategy as systems evolve
The base pay offered will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role, as well as internal equity and market data. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range; however, from time to time, it may occur on a case‑by‑case basis. This role will be subject to Allocate's Code of Ethics and related compliance obligations of Allocate. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without visa sponsorship.
