MrFluffyFriend
Performance Marketer - Facebook Ads for D2C Pet Brand (Remote, Freelance)
MrFluffyFriend, Poland, New York, United States
We’re looking for a passionate
Performance Marketer (Facebook Ads)
to join our fast-growing, fully remote D2C pet brand.
If you love testing, scaling, and optimizing ads that drive real profit and want a role with true ownership, creative freedom, and long-term collaboration, this is for you.
NO AGENCIES
We’re on a mission to improve the lives of pets worldwide, and you’ll play a key role in scaling a seasoned D2C brand through data-driven media buying and creative strategy.
This is not a task-list role. It’s full ownership. You’ll manage entire markets, optimize ads, funnels, and strategy, and directly impact profit.
It’s rare to find a brand operating at real volume across 12+ markets where your ideas still move the needle.
Here, you’ll have full creative freedom, direct access to decision-makers, and the ownership to truly shape performance.
You won’t be just another ad buyer. You’ll own your market’s results and be rewarded for real impact.
Profit share is part of our culture. If you move the needle, you earn accordingly.
Tasks Key Responsibilities:
Manage, scale, and optimize
Meta campaigns
across multiple markets to maximize ROAS and profitability.
Create, test, and iterate
ad creatives and copy
based on data insights and performance learnings.
Collaborate closely with the
CRO Manager
and
Creative Manager
to align ads, funnels, and landing pages.
Analyze key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR) and
take swift, data-driven actions
to improve performance.
Proactively share insights, results, and next steps with the team during
daily performance check-ins .
Partner with the
Paid Marketing Manager
to plan budgets, allocate spend, and execute scaling strategies.
Stay ahead of Meta algorithm updates, platform changes, and creative trends to keep campaigns competitive.
Take
full ownership
of your markets from campaign setup to optimization, treating every euro as if it were your own.
Requirements Requirements:
Proven experience managing
Meta Ads budgets of €100K+ per month
for D2C brands.
Solid grasp of
direct response marketing principles
and consumer psychology behind why people click and buy.
Strong creative mindset and deep understanding that performance comes from angles, messaging, and testing, not from toggling settings.
Analytical and data-driven approach with full ownership and accountability for results.
Proven ability to
optimize, scale, and report
on campaign performance end to end.
Skilled in using
AI tools
for creative iteration, research, and workflow efficiency.
Comfortable joining
daily Slack huddles
with the team to share insights and next steps.
Excellent command of
English
(written and spoken) and availability within
CEST hours
for collaboration.
Include the hidden word
“Scaling Retriever”
in your application to show attention to detail.
Provide at least
two client references
we can speak to directly.
Benefits Perks of joining our team:
✅ 100% remote team with flexible working hours
✅ The freedom of freelancing, without feeling like an outsider
✅ Long-term collaboration with real growth opportunities
✅ Creative freedom and ownership over your markets and decisions
✅ Performance-based bonuses and
profit share
for high-impact results
✅ Direct access to founder and decision-makers, your input actually shapes strategy
✅ Work with an international, data-driven team that values autonomy and excellence
✅ Fully paid yearly team trips (2023 Indonesia, 2024 Vietnam & Amsterdam, 2025 Thailand & Amsterdam!) if you want to join
Are you the data-driven, creative, and ambitious
Performance Marketer
we are looking for?
Do you want to work in a fast-moving environment where your results truly matter and your ideas have real impact?
We would love to hear from you, so show us what you have got.
Tell us more about your experience with
Meta Ads
and
D2C brands
in your application.
You will
have a much higher chance of getting invited
to an introduction call if you record a
short Loom video
introducing yourself, your experience, and your approach to launching and scaling campaigns.
