Own and optimize multiple digital channels—primarily Meta, but also paid platforms across Google Ads, YouTube, and more—to drive aggressive revenue growth and measurable returns, while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEM, SEO, and Email for an integrated, high-performance marketing ecosystem. Architect a Multi-Channel Growth Engine with Full Autonomy.

You won't be optimizing campaigns within guardrails—you'll have complete ownership to launch, test, and scale across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms, aggressively testing creative concepts and messaging with the freedom to architect your own prospecting strategies and drive ROAS at scale. Leveraging AI-powered creative automation and advanced attribution models. What You'll Need

5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands. Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email. Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals. Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation. Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion. Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets. Good to Have

Mattress, furniture, or home goods sector background. Programmatic channels and TikTok Ads experience. Automated ad creation tools and DCO familiarity. Video content creation and optimization for social and search. Meta Shopping and other social commerce integrations. The Puffy DNA
