Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our dynamic team at Trucordia. You will be part of a successful sales team that is supported by a dedicated service team, helping manage and foster continued relationships with those new clients. Responsibilities
Develop new sales opportunities and manage existing client relationships, providing risk management solutions tailored to clients of all sizes. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts. Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients\' needs, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and personal articles floaters. Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for personal and family insurance needs. Leverage industry knowledge to keep clients informed on market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting their insurance needs. Prepare and submit regular progress reports on sales performance and account activities. Qualifications
Valid Property and Casualty License in the state where you\'re applying. Experience in personal lines sales and/or service. Outgoing and energetic personality with the ability to generate leads and work autonomously. Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and effectively prioritize risks to manage concurrent workflow. Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage. Preferred Qualifications
Developing knowledge of personal insurance markets to place new business and understand the supplemental insurance marketplace. Strong sales acumen and experience with AMS 360. Compensation & Benefits
