MRA Recruiting Services is hiring: Marketing Coordinator in Milwaukee

Position: Marketing Coordinator Company: Acts Housing Location: Milwaukee, WI Marketing with heart. From websites to welcome kits, you will do a little bit of everything, all while helping families unlock the door to homeownership. Acts Housing is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy marketing coordinator to support our fast-paced, mission-driven marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will manage website updates, coordinate swag and collateral, support events, and help collect and share powerful family stories. What you will do: Maintain and update our WordPress website and Salesforce Marketing Cloud pages Keep mailing lists clean and organized Support event logistics, materials, and marketing requests Manage marketing inventory and swag fulfillment Coordinate storytelling efforts with families and staff Assist with internal communications and partner support What you will need: Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 1–2 years in a marketing, communications, or agency support role, including internships Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, WordPress, and social media preferred Familiarity with a CRM system Ability to travel locally for events/interviews (~every 6–8 weeks) Who We Are: Acts Housing is a nonprofit helping families overcome barriers to homeownership.
