Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Meta Ads expert (Facebook & Instagram) to manage and optimize ongoing client campaigns.

The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and creative, someone who can build full-funnel Meta ad campaigns that drive results and provide clear, actionable reporting for client-facing updates.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns (traffic, conversion, lead gen, retargeting, etc.)
• Conduct audience research and segmentation
• Create and test ad variations while collaborating with our internal teams
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for results (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.)
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure ad assets are on-brand and high-performing
• Track conversions via Meta Pixel and Events Manager, and use GA4 or third-party analytics for deeper insights
• Provide clear, branded monthly reports and recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Meta Ads for multiple clients or brands
• Strong understanding of the Meta Ads platform, including Business Manager and Events Manager
• Skilled in campaign structure, funnel strategy, and data interpretation
• Excellent written communication skills for reporting and internal updates
• Experience with e-commerce, lead gen, or service-based business campaigns
• Comfortable working under a white-label setup and signing an NDA

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads
• Creative direction or copywriting experience
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, Airtable, and Figma
• Long-term, with room to grow
• Must be responsive and able to turn around campaign edits/optimizations quickly
