We are a small, fast moving team that cares about ethical marketing, clean data, and real world results. Our clients trust us to run their paid media, strengthen their digital presence, and optimize the entire patient journey from click to care.
We are expanding this role to be more cross channel, covering Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO. We are looking for someone who thrives in performance marketing, loves testing ideas, and brings a mix of analytical and creative thinking.
This is a planned hire for the first week of January 2026.
About the Role This role is split across three core pillars
50 percent Google Ads
25 percent Meta Ads
25 percent SEO local and technical preferred
You will run high performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta while supporting foundational SEO initiatives that influence how clinics rank locally and how patients find them organically. You will collaborate with account managers, creatives, and our analytics team to make campaigns efficient, compliant, and high intent.

What You Will Do Google Ads
Plan, launch, and optimize Search and Display campaigns for local healthcare lead generation
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and scaling initiatives
Test and iterate on ad copy, creative variations, and targeting to reduce CPL and improve conversion quality
Maintain compliant campaign structure and stay aligned with healthcare advertising policies
Meta Ads
Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns or be eager to learn quickly
Support creative testing, audience refinement, and funnel sequencing
Collaborate with the creative team to align ads with clinic messaging and patient needs
Explore retargeting frameworks and cross channel attribution between Google and Meta
SEO
Support local SEO efforts including GBP optimization, NAP consistency, and ranking improvements
Assist with technical SEO audits including indexing, site speed, crawlability, and structured data
Implement on page updates such as title tags, metadata, and keyword alignment
Monitor Search Console insights and pull keyword trends to support both paid and organic strategies
Conversion Optimization and Analytics
A B test landing pages and forms to improve user experience and conversion rates
QA tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager to ensure clean and accurate data
