Overview
The Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Digital Experience team is looking for an AI Content Team Leader to help deliver next‑gen AI‑first content experiences across all products in our QuickBooks ecosystem. You will manage a team of content designers and work closely with product managers, AI, engineers, and design researchers to shape content creation and management in the age of AI, delivering best‑in‑class content for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of content designers and work closely with stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class content.
- Accelerate adoption of GenAI models & tools to boost content creation, management, and curation velocity and quality.
- Contribute to an AI‑first strategy and roadmap to bring innovations to life for internal creators and millions of small businesses.
- Leverage product and domain‑specific information from internal and external sources to deliver high‑quality information, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and quality.
- Optimize content approach (structure, annotation, etc.) to feed internal and external LLMs and generative experiences (e.g., AI Overviews) and improve overall performance of our solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and content creators on content‑related needs and provide feedback on potential improvements.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform content curation.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our content management system, experiences and processes.
- Ensure all content adheres to our company’s guidelines, standards, and brand identity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5‑10 years of experience with content creation, technical writing, artificial intelligence (NLP, ML, GenAI), computational linguistics, or related fields.
- 3‑5 years of experience managing a team of content designers.
- Significant experience with content management systems, digital publishing tools, modular, structured content (e.g., DITA, WP Gutenberg blocks), and UX design principles.
- Exceptional ability to think across various content types & formats and personalize experiences to different audiences, channels and touchpoints.
- Strong knowledge of AI/LLMs and how they work: training, source content, prompts, output evaluation, etc.
- Ability to understand and implement content‑related processes and standards to maximize velocity, content effectiveness and outcomes.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and creative problem‑solving skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Understanding of SEO, taxonomies/ontologies, and other content systems to improve retrieval, discovery, navigation, etc.
- Command of writing fundamentals, including style, grammar, and information architecture.
- Good understanding of help systems, design systems, usability, accessibility, modularity, and framework.
- Ability to quickly synthesize and extrapolate data.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and interest in coaching others.
- Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and carry out complex projects with attention to detail.
- Team player willing and able to pitch in whenever and wherever needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position in Southern California is $177,000 – 239,500 (Bay Area $191,500 – 259,000). This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender to drive ongoing fair pay for employees.
