Description

We are seeking a Design Architect who is experienced in front-end conceptual architecture design, and enjoys bringing ideas to life through Revit and Enscape.

This individual will lead the architectural design process from the initial concepts, coordinating closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality project designs.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead conceptual and schematic design for commercial building projects, including faith‑based, education, and civic architecture projects
• Act as a design champion, serving as the creative lead and point of contact during the front‑end design phases
• Use Revit and Enscape to develop compelling presentations, renderings, and immersive 3D visualizations
• Coordinate architectural designs with mechanical, electrical, structural disciplines
• Oversee the development of construction documents, reviewing for design intent, accuracy, and quality
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure design aligns with scope, budget, and schedule
• Participate in in‑person client meetings, presentations, and design reviews
• Occasionally support drafting and production activities as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experienced front‑end architectural designer with a portfolio of high‑quality commercial or institutional projects
• Proficient in Revit and Enscape
• Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into creative and functional design solutions
• Enjoys working collaboratively across disciplines
• Licensed Architect (AIA) preferred, but not required

Qualifications:

• Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of professional architecture design experience
• Strong design portfolio required (please provide with application)
• Proficiency in Revit and Enscape
• Communication and client‑interfacing skills
• Able to lead design discussions and present confidently
