Pay Range: $15.00/hr - $16.60/hr Non-Teaching Rate and up to $22.20/hr Total Teaching Rate depending on background and experience.

Responsibilities
- Teach music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
- Increase student count, ensuring each student grows and enjoys playing music while nurturing culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect.
- Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
- Assist with customer service as needed, building long‑term relationships.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Student & Parent Partnership
- Communicate frequently with students and families, building trust and acknowledging parents' knowledge.
- Report student progress and share goals with parents.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
- Ability to teach the instrument you are proficient in (Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.).
- Demonstrated competency and proficiency in the area you will be teaching.
