About the Role As Director of Technology Operations, you’ll be the storyteller
connecting strategy and technology,
turning Walmart’s bold, AI‑powered content vision into real results. Reporting to the Senior Director of Item Experience, you’ll lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to supercharge Walmart’s Content Quality Acceleration strategy reinventing how item content is created, optimized, and scaled. You’re a systems thinker and strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity, aligns complex ecosystems, and drives clarity through communication. You’ll partner across Walmart and with leading content partners to deliver transformative, customer‑first experiences. We’re looking for a visionary doer — someone who connects dots, challenges the norm, and inspires teams to build what’s next.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
3 years’ supervisory experience.

Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
