POSITION SUMMARY Join to apply for the Sr. Manager Product Marketing role at Republic Services. The Senior Manager, Product Marketing plays a critical role in accelerating growth for our regulated waste solutions business, a strategic focus area with significant growth potential. This position leads the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role serves as a marketing authority on our regulated waste services portfolio, collaborating with Corporate Marketing, Sales and the Go-to-Market teams to develop impactful campaigns and product launches.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the subject matter expert and a strategic marketing leader for our regulated waste solutions portfolio.

Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategy.

Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and purchase across the customer journey – from product positioning through signed agreements.

Lead content marketing strategy, collaborating with subject‑matter experts to develop informed, engaging materials.

Oversee digital marketing initiatives including email campaigns, paid media, webinars, social media, and website optimization to generate qualified leads.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure brand consistency and operational / sales readiness, developing sales enablement tools and training as needed.

Establish clear KPIs and metrics focused on targeted business outcomes.

Track results of all campaigns to measure success and P&L impact.

Provide direction and mentorship to marketing team members and manage external agency relationships and vendor partnerships, as needed.

This position may require travel by air, car and/or other modes of transportation up to 25% of the time.

Perform other job‑related duties as assigned or apparent, including special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or sales.

Minimum of 7 years of experience leading cross‑functional teams and/or direct reports.

Experience managing P&Ls.

Strong project management skills including the ability to manage projects within budget, maintain the momentum, and achieve results with minimal supervision.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to address issues, collect data, and evaluate potential options.

Proficiency in partnering with business leaders to drive company strategies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

7 years of relevant work experience

HYBRID WORK MODE This position is a hybrid role. This candidate will be required to work onsite 4‑days per week, with the option to work 1‑day per week remote.
