About The Role
As Kyan’s dedicated marketing automation manager, you go far beyond building workflows—you will architect the systems, data flows, and automations that power our entire growth engine. We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious (Senior) Marketing Automation Manager to build our HubSpot automation stack to new levels, drive automated MQL growth, and unlock the full potential of data and technology with a focus on tools like HubSpot, Clay, Wix Studio, Zapier or Apollo.
As a core member of the marketing team, you will collaborate closely with demand gen, product marketing and sales to execute scalable automation programs that convert leads, accelerate the buyer journey, and deliver impact.
What You’ll do:
Build and own HubSpot infrastructure:
Design and launch lifecycle workflows, lead scoring, routing, nurturing, and sales handoffs
Automate growth workflow:
Build and scale Clay workflows (e.g. market signals, CRM enrichment) to enhance lead data quality, detect intent and source scalable ICP opportunities
Integrate campaigns across channels:
Connect LinkedIn forms, Google Ads, HubSpot forms and other marketing touchpoints into seamless end-to-end journeys
Lead data & analytics:
Track funnel performance (lifecycle stages) and build dashboards for GTM stakeholders.
Optimize through experimentation:
Conduct A/B tests and iterate on workflows to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
Maintain data hygiene:
Manage data quality, sync rules, deduplications, enrichment, segmentation, and list management to ensure a clean marketing database.
Who We’re Looking For
HubSpot Expert:
You bring 3–5 years of experience in marketing automation, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment, with deep hands‑on HubSpot expertise
CRM Ownership:
You can build, deliver and maintain complex automation projects end‑to‑end—managing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders along the way.
Clay Curious:
You’re excited to adapt to new tools like Clay to supercharge GTM automation with enrichment, sourcing, and intent‑based workflows.
Tech‑savvy Hacker:
You love tech stack, enjoy experimenting with new tools and AI‑driven workflow opportunities
Business Analytics & Intelligence:
You know how to build data reports, understand and interpret key online go‑to‑market metrics
Collaboration:
You are a reliable team player who communicates clearly, welcomes feedback, and thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
Lifelong Learning:
