We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Platforms Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time role is focused on leading the strategy and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels. As the in-house media platform specialist, you will manage campaign builds, optimization, testing, and platform innovations to maximize growth and ROI. Your responsibilities include developing advanced audience targeting, designing creative strategies, and handling budget pacing to ensure high-impact media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of paid social, display, video, and search campaigns.
• Create and oversee audience segmentation plans, creative asset rotations, and budget management.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive testing roadmap to continuously improve performance metrics.
• Partner with media strategists and analytics teams to build innovative ad formats and measure campaign success using A/B testing and conversion lift studies.
• Maintain strong vendor and platform relationships to stay current with industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Advise internal stakeholders on channel best practices and provide insights to enhance creative development.
• Perform ongoing analysis of key performance indicators such as conversion rates and cost efficiencies to optimize campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across social, display, search, and video channels. Must also have hands-on-keyboard media buying experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on delivering measurable ROI.
• In-depth knowledge of media platforms, ad technologies, and evolving privacy standards including iOS 14+ and server-side tracking.
• Strong project management skills ensuring accurate and timely campaign delivery.
• Proven ability to analyze data and meet or exceed goals related to ROAS, CPA, or CPI.
• Experience working with editorial or content marketing teams is a plus.
