Role Overview

The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in managing EDI order processing, coordinating 3PL operations, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This role serves as a liaison between internal teams, external partners, and customers to support efficient logistics, order accuracy, and overall operational excellence.

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities
  • Process all EDI documents and orders for various accounts
  • Allocate inventory, create pick tickets, and issue invoices
  • Review 3PL and outbound logistics bills for accuracy and submit for payment
  • Assist the production team in resolving discrepancies between production and customer orders
  • Follow up with sales on order or style discrepancies
  • Work closely with 3PL warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped on time
  • Route all orders via vendor portals and coordinate EDI testing for new accounts with the EDI team
  • Serve as an EDI troubleshooter between the main office, EDI provider, and customers
  • Manage RAs/Returns, including creating pickup requests, communicating with customers and warehouses, and posting credits
  • Send monthly shipped reports and weekly/biweekly open order updates to sales
  • Upload UPCs to product catalogs and order price tickets for main accounts
  • Process order changes and respond to sales and customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments
  • Handle chargebacks from major accountsreview details, coordinate with warehouse teams, and submit disputes through portals
  • Manage drop ship accounts: upload inventory, pull and enter orders, process shipments, update portals with shipping info (ASN/Invoice), and handle cancellations as needed
Logistics Coordinator Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics coordination, order management, or EDI operations (fashion or consumer goods industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of EDI systems and vendor portal management
  • Experience working with 3PL warehouses and outbound logistics
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, production, and warehouse teams
