Remote Lead Visual Designer – Media Company

We are looking for a remote Lead Visual Designer for a Media Company.

Responsibilities

• Find solutions that allow customers to intuitively use products
• Interact with customers or collaborate with the research team
• Create designs that are effective, engaging, and easy to use
• Ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Visual Design
• Skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer
• Knowledge of heuristics and application of inclusive and accessible design practices
• Ability to find great design solutions within technical or scope constraints
• Experience working with design systems
• Must be able to work in Figma
