Currently we are looking for a remote Lead Visual Design Engineer for a Retail company for our team.

Our customer is a Belgian company active in the market of forklift trucks, aerial work platforms, agricultural tractors and industrial vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Designing UI components that will be used in e-commerce solution design Library and/or the TVH design System;
  • Creating pixel-perfect UI designs based on validated concepts, wireframes and flows in support of business validations, functional analyses and development;
  • Designing multiple use-cases and flows (happy and unhappy flows);
  • Designing the excellent user experience for the customer’s platforms;
  • Supporting the validation, analyses and development of the total online e-commerce experience;
  • Creating top-notch user experiences in pixel-perfect designs in Figma according to the TVH Design System, Branding and guidelines;
  • Creating detailed flows and use‑cases, using Figma, to facilitate detailed validation, functional analyses and development to design services and user experiences;
  • Creating and maintaining the TVH UX style guides (project library, Design system) to ensure a consistent visual design throughout all our digital touchpoints;
  • Communicate and follow‑up closely with the business owners, fellow designers, analysts and developers in order to ensure an efficient and correct execution of the suggested designs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design;
  • Good knowledge of Figma;
  • Feel comfortable presenting your concepts to both Dutch and English‑speaking stakeholders;
  • Experience in Agile and design thinking principles;
  • Solid understanding of design principles and understand the fundamentals in digital marketing;
  • Ability to work fast and under pressure.
