Description

As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates, you will provide either make‑up application, skin‑care advice, hair or fragrance consultations. You will combine your creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.

Working as part of a high‑performing team, you will create impact with in‑store events and help ensure the store consistently meets our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out among competitors.

We seek a dynamic self‑starter eager for a progressive career. Whether you bring advanced mastery or beginner‑level expertise in makeup artistry, you are encouraged to apply. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, but we also welcome those who wish to develop these skills.

Qualifications

  • Retail experience preferred; amateur level acceptable if you demonstrate high creative and technical expertise.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
  • Must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Pay Range

Anticipated hourly range: $21.60 to $32.40. Exact rate depends on experience, skills, education, and other factors, with potential geographic variation. In addition to hourly pay, the position may qualify for an annual discretionary bonus.
