Position Overview

As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair consultations in a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience. You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create in‑store events, maintain visual merchandising standards, and cultivate customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic self‑starter eager to build a career with a prestige beauty leader. In this role you will:

• Educate and delight customers with personalized product recommendations.
• Participate in in‑store events and ensure visual merchandising excellence.
• Assist with fragrance, skincare, and hair consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet store performance targets.

Qualifications

• Retail or relevant experience preferred; beginners with strong technical expertise welcomed.
• Must provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Available to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $21.60 to $32.40 (dependent on experience, skills, and location). Eligible for a competitive bonus program.
