Pay Rate: $30-32 per hour
Contract: 3‑month contract position (possible extensions)

Job Summary
- Technician will work side by side with senior engineers.
- Scope will include conference rooms, executive offices, and huddle rooms.
- Responsible for setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of various systems across multiple OEMs (Logitech, Rally, Meetups, MS Teams, Polycom, etc.).
- Provide user support to help kickoff conference room meetings (extending displays, network connectivity issues, touch panels, etc.).
Duties
- Install, configure, and maintain audio‑visual systems including projectors, sound systems, and video‑conferencing equipment.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to audio‑visual systems.
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings for installation projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage cabling installations and ensure compliance with low‑voltage standards.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment for installation tasks.
- Provide field service support as needed, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and equipment inventory.
