What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Conduct keyword research and map high-value opportunities across paid and organic search
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and other search platforms
• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements to improve visibility and rankings
• Design and execute SEO/SEM tests to uncover incremental performance opportunities
• Analyze search trends and share insights to inform broader marketing strategy

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 3-5 years in SEO/SEM roles, with experience in both paid and organic search
• Proven ability to manage and optimize Google Ads accounts
• Hands‑on experience with SEO keyword research, content briefs, and technical optimization
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 and search‑specific reporting tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Paid Media, Brand, and Analytics teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience with search and analytics platforms such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Ads
• Demonstrated ability to think big picture and adopt a continuous improvement mindset
