We're looking for a talented and passionate User Experience Designer who excels at creating elegant, user‑centered designs that simplify complex interactions across mobile and desktop platforms. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define seamless customer experiences that align with our broader product ecosystem. You will transform complex user flows into simple, elegant solutions while considering technical feasibility and business requirements. Key Job Responsibilities
- Help acquire customer insights by conducting usability studies
- Understand and advocate for customer needs
- Design user‑centered experiences that simplify complex customer‑facing and internal system workflows
- Ensure cohesion across product ecosystem
- Balance user needs with technical feasibility
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions
A Day in the Life
- Collaborate with research and product teams to understand customer needs, test designs, and use data to measure success.
- Work with designers across various teams to ensure all features connect smoothly.
- Split time between planning improvements for both customer‑facing experiences and internal tools, conducting usability studies, and getting alignment from partner stakeholders.
- Include sketching ideas, building prototypes, and refining final designs.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design or interaction design experience
- Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs
- Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity
- Online portfolio or samples of work on your resume, demonstrating experience creating end‑to‑end, user‑centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating journey maps
- Experience designing customer‑facing retail products
- Experience designing complex technical solutions

- Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards
- Experience designing in an agile development environment
