Robert Half’s enterprise client is seeking a passionate UX Designer who excels at crafting intuitive, user-centered designs across mobile and desktop platforms. This will be a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extending and possibility of converting to full-time employment. You’ll simplify complex workflows, advocate for customer needs, and deliver elegant solutions that align with our broader product ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct usability studies and gather customer insights
- Design streamlined experiences for both customer-facing and internal systems
- Translate complex user flows into simple, effective designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment
- Champion user needs throughout the design process
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of UX or interaction design experience
- Proven success delivering large-scale, end-to-end UX design solutions
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered designs across platforms
- Experience working with stakeholders on strategic initiatives
- Strong Visual Design ability
Bonus Skills:
- User research and journey mapping
- Designing for retail or complex technical products
- Familiarity with usability principles and agile environments
- Experience maintaining design systems and UX standards
