Who We're Looking For A strategic leader who is an expert in modern marketing technologies and has a proven track record in B2B Marketing and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for refined strategies, process automation, and measurable demand generation results.

Location

Hybrid (San Diego, Los Angeles, or Orange County)

Core Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership

AI Focused Strategy: Emphasize the importance of leveraging AI‑driven insights for more refined and impactful marketing strategies, including utilizing AI tools for predictive analytics, dynamic customer segmentation, and enhanced buyer persona validation.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team on Go-to-Market strategy for new services and solutions, ensuring tight alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

Budgeting & ROI: Own the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting ROI on campaigns to ensure efficient resource deployment and maximum revenue impact.

Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing marketing function, providing mentorship, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen).

Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth Market Analysis to define and refine target Customer Journeys and Personas.

Process Automation & Optimization

Process Automation: Spearhead initiatives focused on automating processes for marketing workflows, leveraging AI to optimize and streamline workflows beyond lead routing and data enrichment to advanced customer journey mapping, real‑time decision‑making, and intelligent content recommendations.

Demand Generation & Execution

Multi‑Channel Strategy: Develop and execute a data‑driven Multi‑Channel Marketing Strategy, incorporating AI‑driven tools for optimization, including automated paid advertising campaigns, dynamic content personalization, and real‑time performance tracking.

Email Automation: Own the strategy, creation, and running of automated email campaign marketing, using AI to enhance effectiveness by analyzing customer behavior and preferences for personalized, timely communication.

Partnership Marketing: Lead the development and execution of B2B partnership‑sponsored marketing and actively solicit and collaborate with partners on campaigns with key IT vendors.

Event Marketing: Plan, execute, and measure the success of B2B event marketing initiatives (trade shows, webinars, private client events), focusing on lead capture and follow‑up.

Digital Presence & Assets

Content Creation: Lead the content creation process, utilizing AI‑powered tools to aid in creating and curating high‑quality, relevant content at scale, including AI‑assisted writing, editing, and scheduling for newsletters and social media posts.

Website Management: Oversee the management, performance, and optimization of the HubSpot website, using AI for A/B testing, predictive search, and personalized user experiences to increase conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Basic website development principles are required.

Marketing Collateral: Drive the marketing collateral generation process, creating professional, on‑brand sales enablement materials (e.g., solution briefs, case studies).

Required Experience and Capabilities Tool Proficiency

Marketing Automation – HubSpot CRM & HubSpot Website: Expert‑level proficiency in the full HubSpot stack: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub integration, email automation, workflows, and detailed reporting.

Sales & Data Management – Salesforce: Strong understanding of the sales/marketing handoff process and campaign influence reporting between HubSpot and Salesforce.

Prospecting/Lead Intelligence – Apollo.io or similar tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha): Experience building targeted contact lists, enriching data, and supporting account‑based marketing (ABM) efforts.

Design & Content – Canva: Efficiently creating and customizing marketing materials, social graphics, and presentation templates.

What You Bring Education & Experience

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Leadership: Proven experience in building, developing, and leading teams (internal, external, or virtual).

Paid Advertising: Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads) specifically for B2B lead generation.

AI Integration: Proven experience leveraging AI tools for predictive analytics, personalized email marketing, and automated campaign optimization.

Process Automation: Proven experience automating processes for marketing using AI and other tools to streamline operations, including advanced customer journey mapping and real‑time decision‑making.

Content Generation: Proven experience in content creation for newsletters and social media posts, using AI-powered tools at scale.

Financial Acumen: Proven experience in campaign budgeting and reporting ROI on campaigns to drive data‑informed decision‑making.

Sales Alignment: Direct experience working with the sales team on Go‑to‑Market strategy and execution.

B2B Expertise: 5+ years of demonstrable success in a B2B marketing role, preferably within IT solutions, cybersecurity, or systems integration.

Event Management: Direct experience managing and measuring the ROI of B2B event marketing (trade shows, webinars, private client events).

Preferred Qualifications

Market Research Experience (e.g., competitive analysis, customer segmentation studies, survey design and analysis).

HubSpot Certification (e.g., Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, CMS).

Experience with other IT‑focused analytics/SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Semrush).

Prior experience in a high‑growth company or systems integration environment.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $85,000 – $110,000.

The above represents the expected compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we’ll consider location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
