A strategic leader who is an expert in modern marketing technologies and has a proven track record in B2B Marketing and leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) for refined strategies, process automation, and measurable demand generation results. Location

Hybrid (San Diego, Los Angeles, or Orange County) Core Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

AI Focused Strategy: leverage AI-driven insights for refined marketing strategies, including predictive analytics, dynamic customer segmentation, and buyer persona validation. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: collaborate with the Sales Team on GTM for new services and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives. Budgeting & ROI: own the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and ROI reporting. Team Leadership: build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing function, providing mentorship and fostering a Kaizen culture. Market Intelligence: conduct in-depth Market Analysis to define and refine target journeys and personas.

Process Automation & Optimization

Process Automation: drive automation of marketing workflows using AI to optimize journeys and real-time decision-making.

Demand Generation & Execution

Multi-Channel Strategy: data-driven, AI-enhanced multi-channel marketing, including paid advertising, dynamic content personalization, and real-time performance tracking. Email Automation: strategy and execution of automated email campaigns with AI-enhanced personalization. Partnership Marketing: lead B2B partnership campaigns with key IT vendors. Event Marketing: plan, execute, and measure B2B events with lead capture and follow-up.

Digital Presence & Assets

Content Creation: lead content generation using AI tools and schedule newsletters and social posts aligned to the brand. Website Management: oversee HubSpot website performance with AI-based personalization and testing; basic website development knowledge is helpful. Marketing Collateral: generate on-brand marketing materials such as solution briefs and case studies.

Required Experience And Capabilities

Tool Proficiency

Marketing Automation – HubSpot CRM & Website: expert-level proficiency in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub integration, email automation, workflows, and reporting. Sales & Data Management – Salesforce: understanding of the sales/marketing handoff and campaign influence between HubSpot and Salesforce. Prospecting/Lead Intelligence – Apollo.io or similar tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha): experience building targeted contact lists and supporting ABM. Design & Content – Canva: creating marketing materials and graphics. What You Bring

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Leadership: experience building, developing, and leading teams. Paid Advertising: experience managing B2B paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) for lead generation. AI Integration: experience leveraging AI tools for analytics and optimization. Process Automation: experience automating marketing processes with AI and journey mapping. Content Generation: experience producing newsletters and social posts with AI tools. Financial Acumen: budgeting and ROI reporting. Sales Alignment: experience working with sales on GTM strategy and execution. B2B Expertise: 5+ years in a B2B marketing role, preferably within IT solutions, cybersecurity, or systems integrator industries. Event Management: experience measuring ROI of B2B events. Preferred Qualifications

Market Research Experience HubSpot Certification Experience with IT-focused analytics/SEO tools (GA4, Semrush) Prior experience in a high-growth company or systems integration environment Compensation

Compensation Range: $85,000 - $110,000 Note: compensation depends on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits
