This position must be located in Overland Park, KS. This is not a remote role and requires a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days a week on-site.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for editing video content under the supervision of the T Studios Editorial Manager and Director of Post-Production. You will work directly with T Studios creative leads, and the creative, digital, and production groups to build industry-leading Marketing communications. You will use your masterful editorial skills to improve storytelling and strengthen the overall brand message to provide a quality end product.
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Motion Designers to create memorable and impactful moments across social content, product explainer videos, employee campaigns, and internal events.
Help tell great stories that bring the brand to life in new ways that engage and drive an authentic conversation. Ensure content is purposeful, impactful, and elevates the brand.
Qualifications You’re a storyteller at your core.
Minimum 6 years’ experience in an advertising agency, production or post-production professional environment.
Masterful editor of a wide range of content including social videos, sizzle reels, product videos, long and short form narrative, intros, outros, trailers, and TV spots.
Experience laying in sound design to enhance edits.
Fast with tight timelines and able to work under pressure.
Ability to work with little or no supervision and manage multiple projects.
Ability to transform a drive-full of footage into a polished piece.
Experience in color grading and editing audio for quality sound.
Collaborative, with a positive attitude and openness to feedback.
Experience developing content for major brands, either in-house or in agency/post-production.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality; organized and diligent in content management.
Ability to filter ideas through a T-Mobile lens and brand values.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Digital Media, or Video Production, or equivalent of at least 10 years of experience/education in video production.
Experience with Premiere and working knowledge of the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with DaVinci Resolve (preferred).
Portfolio or examples of work required for consideration.
Must be able to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation and Benefits Base Pay Range: $76,000 - $137,100; Corporate Bonus Target: 15%. The pay range is general and may vary by location, qualifications, and experience. The actual starting pay will be communicated during offer.
