We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts targeting our Occupier clients. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in devising and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing programs that align with our Occupier Solutions business objectives.
  • Provide strategic marketing guidance to key stakeholders, defining a vision and strategy to enhance business performance and drive growth.
  • Establish and oversee corporate, project, and marketing design budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with digital, social, creative, and events partners to ensure alignment with the overarching marketing strategy and deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Partner closely with Occupier Research to develop and leverage content that supports thought leadership, business development and client engagement initiatives.
  • Define and develop overarching strategy of Occupier marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, events, and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to senior Occupier management.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales goals, collaborating closely with the business to ensure effective lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Develop and oversee participation in key industry associations, including tradeshows, speaker bureaus, sponsorships, and memberships.
  • Oversee and manage high-profile client events and coordinate with premier industry events for effective client engagement.
  • Develop marketing collateral tailored to each stage of the pursuit lifecycle, ensuring materials effectively support positioning, differentiation, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with external resources such as designers, copywriters, web designers/writers, photographers, and printers for various projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Deep understanding of marketing tactics and channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies.
