Marketing Coordinator – Holt Homes

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams by helping execute critical tasks across assigned communities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives. The role is highly collaborative, particularly for event execution, and involves maintaining and refreshing collateral.

This position requires regular travel to Holt communities and occasional weekend work for events or key milestones. After mandatory in‑office training and at the manager’s discretion, the role may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or Communications or equivalent professional experience; construction experience preferred
  • Lift at least 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to drive to communities
  • Proficient knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with Dropbox, HubSpot, Notion, and Smartsheet is a plus
  • Ability to navigate digital platforms and use social media

Responsibilities

  • Community & Sales Support
    • Main marketing contact for assigned communities
    • Work with Sales Agents and Managers to fulfill marketing needs and keep materials current
    • Partner with Site Superintendents to coordinate signage, model readiness, and community appearance
    • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for signage, staging, events, and other field marketing needs
    • Assist with planning and executing onsite events including grand openings, VIP previews, broker tours, and seasonal activations
    • Provide in‑field and administrative support for ongoing community marketing
  • Marketing Execution
    • Coordinate marketing materials and signage requests through proofing, ordering, installation, and maintenance
    • Maintain up‑to‑date community collateral libraries (floor plans, brochures, key feature sheets, etc.)
    • Support photo and video shoots, Matterport tours, and community content needs
    • Ensure listings and digital content are accurate across the websites and major internet listing platforms
    • Assist with light copyrighting and content updates that align with brand voice and messaging
  • Reporting & Coordination
    • Track and organize regional marketing deliverables using project tools like Dropbox, Smartsheet, Notion, and HubSpot
    • Report on community‑level marketing activity and performance (lead flow, signage effectiveness, event attendance) to inform future strategies
    • Identify opportunities to improve awareness and engagement for assigned communities through hands‑on feedback and local insights

Work Environment

  • Regularly use a computer with extended periods of data entry and screen reading
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when bringing items to communities
  • Regular travel to communities, including occasional weekend work
  • Potential hybrid work schedule after mandatory in‑office training, decided by manager
