Senior Analyst, Customer Marketing (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels.
Analyze large and complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends to translate raw data into actionable insights.
Design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), build structured analyses, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
Partner with various business functions to identify opportunities, interpret trends, and apply techniques using tools such as SQL and Tableau.
Communicate findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a data analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies: SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
Innovative problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to navigate complex challenges.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leaders.
