Get to Know our Team The Performance Marketing Team is a world leader in data‑driven online marketing. We develop at‑scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers. The team blends analysts, strategists, data scientists, and product experts, creating a collaborative environment where ideas thrive.

In this role, you’ll get to:

Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels.

Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.

Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.

Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities and analyze trends using SQL, Tableau, and other tools.

Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

What you’ll need to succeed:

4–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.

Strong analytical skills—ability to transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).

Innovative problem‑solving skills and adaptability to complex, evolving challenges.

Stakeholder management and communication skills—capable of influencing senior leadership with clear, data‑driven insights.
