What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Promote the value of UX Research through various tools and processes
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders to gather research participants and share insights
• Conduct qualitative research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and remote testing
• Create user personas, journeys, and flows to communicate user understanding to product teams
• Share research findings and recommendations through documentation and presentations

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's degree in anthropology, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Sociology, Psychology, or related field or practical experience
• Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in user experience, product design research, or experience design
• Knowledge of or experience within the payments industry
• Experience with research design utilizing various methods such as usability studies and surveys
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Master’s degree or higher in a related field
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in user experience or Human Computer Interaction
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Pendo
