What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Promote the value of UX Research and establish relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct qualitative research to collect and analyze user needs and behaviors
• Create personas, user journeys, and flows to communicate user understanding to product teams
• Share research findings and recommendations through documentation and presentations
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to prioritize research findings

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in anthropology, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field, or practical experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in user experience or related fields
• Knowledge of or experience within the payments industry
• Proficiency in research design utilizing various methods, including usability studies
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master's degree or higher in a related field
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience in user experience or product design research
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Pendo
