Highly Desirable

• 5 years of experience in design firms
• MA architecture license or ARE exams underway
• Experience with MA public design projects
• Experience with high performance buildings
• Commitment to AIA 2030
• LEED and/or PHIUS certification
• Experience with Enscape, and Indesign
• Some experience with consultant coordination

Minimum requirements

• B.Arch or M.Arch
• Experience with multi-family housing and/or educational/civic projects
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Demonstrated experience producing design, presentation, and construction drawings
• Self-starter with ability to take direction and collaborate with others
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn
