NOTE: CANDIDATES MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN THE BOSTON AREA. Nidify Studio is seeking an aspiringDesigner on their path towards Architecture licensureto join their growing team. Candidates should have at least 1-5 years of professional experience in Architecture and/or Interior Design, passion for design, and a strong desire for professional growth. Our team is small and spry, with each member working on a variety of projects at all times and taking on broad responsibilities in the office under the direct supervision of the firm Principal. Role & Responsibilities

Full-time position that is primarily remote with occasional in‑person workdays in a shared co‑working space in Roslindale Village, a leafy urban center in Boston. Work directly with the Principal to support the design and documentation of residential designs from concept through construction. Produce detailed drawings, renderings and presentations. Conduct project feasibility research and zoning reviews. Measure and draft Existing Conditions drawings. Support on project photoshoots, marketing, research and development for the firm. Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). At least 1-5 years of relevant experience in custom residential design. Experience with detailed interior design is a plus. Strong design and graphic communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino. Experience with 3D modeling/rendering tools (Enscape, V‑Ray, etc.). Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and construction methods. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Interest and skills in innovative materials, fabrication, and sustainability are preferred but not required. Employees are expected to be able to get themselves to Roslindale for in‑person co‑working days as well as Greater Boston for site visits. What We Offer
