Associate Director, Consumer Patient Marketing - Princeton, NJ. Role at VetJobs. Responsibilities
Lead development of the strategy and tactics for oncology patient marketing for the GI/GU portfolio, including market research/patient insights, messaging, promotional asset development and media management. Evolve the vision and strategy for the patient channel across the GI/GU portfolio; assist with consumer-related activities such as message development/refinement, campaign evolution, actionable unbranded work, marketing plan development and business/channel analytics. Serve as patient lead across matrix partners/teams including tumor-specific leaders, medical, marketing research, sales, decision analytics, omni-channel strategy and other functions. Collaborate with the Oncology Patient Marketing Team, Advocacy and Corporate Communications to develop appropriate programs/projects that support the strategy. Manage multiple agency teams and maintain strong relationships with external partners. Build and maintain strong collaboration with medical, legal and promotional compliance teams to develop and execute high-impact marketing materials. Qualifications
BA degree or equivalent is required; MBA is preferred. 7+ years of relevant marketing/brand management experience, including consumer marketing and launching new brands/indications in the pharmaceutical space. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing external resources, including advertising & media agencies. Experience conducting primary and secondary market research with ability to derive key market insights. Experience leading multi-functional teams to accomplish objectives and goals. Compensation & Location
Princeton, NJ — US: $164,990 - $199,933. The starting compensation range is for a full-time employee (FTE). Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities may be available. Final compensation is based on demonstrated experience. City: Princeton; State: New Jersey. Affiliate Sponsor: Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS).
