Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Innovative Driven is seeking a collaborative and self-motivated Marketing Technology Operations Manager to join the team at a Texas law firm client.

This position is full-time and on-site at their Dallas, TX office.

Responsibilities

Oversee integration of CRM with other software platforms

Serve as primary contact for marketing technology questions and issues

Manage firmwide data quality and visualization programs

Establish strategic analytics and reporting capabilities

Support email marketing initiatives, including technical setup and optimization

Upgrade and manage Vuture templates

Configure technologies and systems to support event profiles

Oversee Mail List Manager for targeted event and campaign mailing lists

Architect scalable invitation distribution processes in collaboration with Marketing, Events, PGM, and Business Development

Enable real-time RSVP reporting and oversee post-event tasks

Design training materials and deliver training sessions

Track support requests to identify common issues and training needs

Identify and document technical best practices for all users

Ensure that workload aligns with firm objectives

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years in marketing, sales, business development, or related field

Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field) or a high school diploma plus equivalent work experience

Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing, and graphic design

Experience with brand strategy, client lifecycle management, digital campaign management, and marketing analytics

Expertise in marketing technology platforms and automation

Proficiency in CRM database management and optimization

Ability to create clear documentation and training for diverse skill levels

Experience developing and delivering technology training programs

Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Excellent time management, communication, and prioritization skills
