Tue01:00 PM - 09:00 PM **What You'll Do:**

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or irregularities to site management and Allied Universal.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and observations during each shift.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees to address inquiries or concerns related to security-related matters.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
