**What You'll Do:**

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor and report on activities or conditions that may impact the security-related environment.
• Support access control procedures by observing and documenting entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles in technology-focused locations.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors while maintaining a visible presence in the assigned location.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal and client teams to address security-related concerns specific to technology, media, or telecom environments.

**Minimum Requirements:**

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid security guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or first aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
