About the Role

We’re seeking a data-driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing & Ads Manager to lead and scale our paid advertising efforts across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the art and science of advertising — from compelling storytelling and ad creative to analytics, budgeting, and optimization. You’ll work directly with our Sales and Creative teams to generate high-quality leads, scale campaigns, and implement innovative ad strategies that drive measurable growth.

This is an In-Person role with base salary and performance bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop ad creative strategies including hooks, storytelling, visuals, and copy that convert.
  • Structure and scale ad campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding $20,000+.
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance, analyzing metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, thumbnails, and copy to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Stay current on ad trends, platform updates, and AI-powered advertising tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with revenue goals and lead-generation efforts.
  • Design and manage lead magnets, webinars, and funnel ads to nurture prospects.
  • Research competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Manage ad spend and budgeting to maximize ROI and minimize waste.
  • Track and report campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and campaign performance.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in paid media management or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of running and scaling campaigns with $20K+/month ad budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong understanding of ad psychology, creative direction, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta reporting, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for ad creation, copy, and optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; experience working directly with sales teams.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and data-driven decision making.

Additional Skills

  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
  • Knowledge of webinar funnels, lead magnets, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to test new formats and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Salary: $48,300 + Performance Bonus
