In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the brand’s digital presence, directly influencing how their audience connects with products and vision. Your expertise will drive engaging content, elevate educational initiatives, and ensure messaging resonates across all platforms, making a tangible impact on market leadership and consumer engagement. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging beauty-focused content for diverse digital platforms.
• Assist in the comprehensive planning and execution of on-set production, including setup, product preparation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Develop and manage compelling presentations using PowerPoint to support campaign planning, product launches, and strategic meetings.
• Continuously monitor emerging trends in beauty, skincare, and social media, proactively bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
• Maintain meticulous organization and cleanliness of makeup kits, props, and set materials, ensuring a professional and efficient workspace.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and current trends.
• Experience in on-set production, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office/Google Suite tools.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of current beauty trends, key influencers, and industry events.
• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• A professional portfolio or active presence on Instagram/TikTok showcasing makeup artistry skills.
