Job Summary: The Educator role is the foundation of our success. Educators create world‑class customer service and guest experience in our retail stores, engaging and connecting with guests, providing top‑quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product value and benefit.
• Facilitate seamless end‑to‑end guest experience, conduct accurate transactions, and execute omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store) according to company standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage guests and attend to guest or store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right.”
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment by welcoming differences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks (restock, relocate items, etc.) according to standards.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed to maintain the luxury environment.
• Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures.
• Perform all work in accordance with policies, procedures, and laws.
• Work productively with others, celebrate diversity, and maintain a respectful environment.

Job Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of Right to Work and any required local legislative evidence.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store via own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store for most of the shift.
• Willing to lift boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (nice to have).
• Understanding of the importance of product presentation and customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $20.50 – $23.59/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.

Target Bonus: $2.00/hour.

Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.50 – $25.59/hour.
