The Educator role is the foundation of our success. Educators are experts in creating world‑class customer service and guest experience in our retail stores. They engage and connect with guests, share product education, and speak authentically about our culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education.
• Facilitate seamless end‑to‑end guest experience and execute omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to make it right.

Operations

• Perform product presentation tasks.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations.

Job Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and evidence relating to local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music.
• Willing to move through a store most of a shift.
• Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Willing to work as part of a team and independently.

Job Assets (Nice to have)

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range: $20.50 – $23.59 per hour (subject to minimum wage)

Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour

Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.50 – $25.59 per hour
