What You Will Do

• Manual assembly tasks, solder, operate semi and automated processing equipment, operate ovens, and use a microscope to perform and inspect work
• Sit and stand for prolonged periods
• Follow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS)
• Create nonconformances in FOS and perform rework
• Communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with work assignments
• Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and conduct in-process inspection per company standards and customer specifications

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a high school diploma (or equivalent, e.g., GED) or vocational/technical education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with microelectronics and/or manufacturing in aerospace or defense industry
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
