Summary: The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing assembly team that works with microelectronic components. Annual training is required on topics such as safety, hazardous materials, quality systems, and other relevant topics.

What You Will Do

  • Manual assembly tasks, solder, operate semi and automated processing equipment, operate ovens, and use a microscope to perform and inspect work
  • Sit and stand for prolonged periods
  • Follow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformances in FOS, and perform rework
  • Communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with work assignments
  • Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and perform in-process inspection per company standards and customer specifications

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. GED) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with microelectronics and/or in a manufacturing environment within the aerospace or defense industry
  • U.S. Citizen — The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
