As the partner marketing landscape continues to evolve, various channels and tactics are coming together in exciting ways, and Acceleration Partners is leading the charge. We are seeking an experienced senior‑level digital marketing professional with leadership experience to autonomously manage cross‑regional teams for our influencer marketing practice, serving as a high‑level client‑facing liaison and point of escalation for the AP and client teams.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in developing and managing KPI‑driven influencer marketing campaigns for consumer products and/or services companies. They will have working knowledge of the overall partner marketing landscape, including affiliate, and the ability to direct comprehensive strategy and lead, manage, and hold teams accountable.

This person will be responsible for ensuring high client service to drive client happiness, retention, and growth KPIs, coaching direct reports on client service and communication best practices, and monitoring trends to improve processes and establish best practices.

Top 5 Job Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Growth (Strategy, Execution, Performance & Expansion) – Provide high‑level strategic guidance and partnership to teams, innovate new strategy, tactics and efficiencies, and drive YoY growth KPIs.
  • Lead, Manage and Hold Your Team Accountable – Oversee account teams, mentor, develop talent, monitor team happiness and retention, and resolve issues with stakeholders.
  • Superior Client Service – Build strong relationships with client contacts, manage client escalations, and deliver on quality and NPS goals.
  • Resource Allocation and Profitability – Manage utilization, staffing, and profitability, adjust scopes, and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Internal Responsibilities – Collaborate across departments, lead process improvements, mitigate risks, and share information promptly.

What Success Looks Like

By 6 Months – Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple influencer programs across regions, build strong client relationships, achieve MoM growth, and provide profitable service with high NPS.

By 1 Year – Autonomously own program performance and success, maximize efficiency, secure client retention, pitch expansion opportunities, and maintain profitable, A‑caliber deliverables with NPS 8+.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years digital marketing and agency experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven leadership track record with hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Track record of running successful influencer campaigns for consumer products or services.
  • Working knowledge of attribution and affiliate partnership integration.
  • Experience with influencer tools (CreatorIQ, GRIN, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks/platforms (Impact, ShareASale, CJ, etc.) is a plus.
  • Travel up to 25%, including internationally.
  • Analytical mindset, advanced Excel skills, and strong customer service.
  • Strategic thinker capable of leading comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.
