As a member of our passport support team, you are often the first to greet a visitor, forming their first and most lasting impression of the library. This position ensures that the entire community feels welcome and knows where they can go for assistance. This position may also assist with programs, outreach activities, notary service, or other needs.

Following established policies, this position is responsible for assisting patrons and providing customer service.
