Marketing Strategist – Demand Generation & Partner Focus (6‑Month Contract)

We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist to join on a 6‑month contract and lead high‑impact initiatives that drive demand generation, partner marketing, and product amplification. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategy, selecting a new agency, strengthening channel partnerships, and launching industry‑leading AI Platform‑powered products.
This role is perfect for a hands‑on, data‑driven marketer who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment and can deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Define Marketing Strategy: Set objectives, strategy, and KPIs to amplify brand awareness and reach key decision‑makers, including brokers, HR, and benefits leaders.
- Agency Selection: Evaluate, recommend, and onboard a marketing agency to support demand generation, partner programs, and campaign execution.
- Product Amplification: Develop and execute campaigns to promote AI Platform‑powered products, leveraging digital, ABM, and content marketing channels to generate pipeline and awareness.
- Channel Partnerships: Build and strengthen partnerships with brokers, consultants, and carriers through co‑marketing, campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.
- Go‑to‑Market Leadership: Lead the launch and marketing of flagship AI Platform products, optimizing campaigns for lead generation, adoption, and retention.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, CX, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Legal to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and track ROI via integrated dashboards.
Who You Are
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with deep expertise in demand generation, channel marketing, product launches, and agency management.
Proven track record selecting and managing marketing agencies, executing digital campaigns, co‑marketing programs, and referral initiatives.
Experience marketing innovative AI‑powered solutions or tech‑enabled platforms.
Strong analytical skills with ability to measure KPIs, track ROI, and optimize campaigns.
Exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working independently in a contract role with tight timelines and multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
