Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing tactical support focused on the effective creation, maintenance and continual improvement of Wise F&I's marketing materials and communications. This includes playing a vital role in strengthening the brand presence, supporting business growth, and ensuring the success of the sales and marketing efforts.

While working closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborating with Sales, Product Development and Compliance personnel, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining key marketing assets to achieve business goals while supporting strategic initiatives and hands-on execution across a variety of channels. This includes overseeing digital assets, coordinating content development, maintaining the company's B2B website, driving social media engagement, monitoring analytics, digital / print advertising, and supporting marketing automation platforms.

Additional responsibilities include contributing to event planning and execution for client meetings, trade shows, and community service initiatives. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, creative partners, and vendors, the individual will help ensure all projects are delivered on brand, on time, and with measurable impact. Occasional travel (< 5%) may be required.

Required Skills / Experience

  1. 1 year + Adobe Applications of Design (InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)
  2. 1-3 years of relevant experience within the marketing realm
  3. MS Office tools experience (PDF, excel, outlook, etc.)
  4. 1 years + of social media campaign experience (organic)
  5. 1 year + of marketing email creation and deployment
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  7. Proactive (can-do) attitude
  8. Aptitude and Desire for Learning
  9. Ability to effectively collaborate across departments, vendors or outside creative resources as needed.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing deliverables and deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
  11. Time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects
