Responsibilities

• Provide the most effective instruction possible in the music discipline.
• Work under supervision from appropriate faculty supervisor.
• Ensure instruction meets educational needs of students.
• Work across WCJC Wharton, Richmond, Sugar Land campuses and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree with 18 graduate hours in Music (or related discipline).
• Credentials that meet minimum requirements for teaching at the post‑secondary level set by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, the Texas Education Agency, and individual program accrediting agencies.
• Criminal background check is required.
